Guests are lodged in individual rooms.
Breakfast, morning coffee, bread/fruit, lunch, afternoon coffee & cake
and 2-course evening meal is included.

Conference facilities
Hotel Narsarsuaq’s conference centre includes:
•    A large conference hall with a view of the fjord (seating capacity of up to 45 persons)   DKK 995.00
•    There is also an opportunity to divide the hall into two smaller conference halls. Contact the  reception desk for prices and additional info.

•    Rent of LCD projector per day    DKK 595
•    Photocopy per page     DKK 2
•    Internet in conference rooms, per day    DKK 695

Drinks
Drinks/beverages are not included in the conference packages.

Advance booking
TV, VCR, video camera, PC and final dinner must be booked in advance no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Prices apply from 1st October 2011 to 31st December 2012 and hereby cancel all previous price lists.
